We agree to trial under the terms and conditions following:

Trial Term and Fee:
• There is no limit to the number of students who use the program during the trial.  
(ITECNZ recommend using with at least one whole class to see class wide data for a range of students.)
• At the end of the trial, access to the program will be closed.  Data is saved and reinstated if purchase follows – so you just carry on where you left off.
• Trial extensions may incur a fee so please request your trial for a time when your students will be available to use the program regularly.
• There is no automatic right of trial term extension for lack of use during the trial term set.

Usage:
• Start program usage as soon as you have received your confirmation email – you don’t need to wait till the start of the trial term!
• Students can use the program at school/home, on computer, Android tablet or iPad.
• Regular usage, monitoring student data, and providing support as indicated by the program, are key to student success.
• Research shows on average students need to use the program at least 3 times per week.
• We recommend pre and post-trial testing of students for your own independent review of program success. 

Staff and Training:
• A school staff member shall be nominated to oversee the trial and communicate with ITECNZ.
• The trial contact will take part in a webinar training session of 30 to 45 mins.
• Training for all staff is important – you will also have access to a printed training manual, in program help, guides and training videos, website guides and videos.
• The contact staff member will be asked to complete a short feedback survey at the end of the trial.

Installation and Support:
• Schools are responsible for installation of the program within their school from free internet download.  
• ITECNZ will provide remote technical and usage support.  If you experience any obstacles contact us on:
